Our Social Values Statement

Our Mission

The Directors of Health Integration Partners all come from successful commercial and professional backgrounds but decided to form Health Integration Partners to fulfil a mission to:

  • Offer Primary Health Care the best possible consultancy support at a price and with a team who Primary Care would not normally be able to access.

  • Live out our joint experience that health and care works better for people and providers if it is joined up, coproduced and community orientated.

  • Wherever we are deployed, we will aim to leave skills and knowledge behind.

Our Values

  • We start with appreciation – the health service works hard for people, and we will build on this.

  • We will then build and maintain trust. This is central to everything we do.

  • We will value all members of our team and the teams we work with. This means we will support each other’s growth and treat each other with respect.

  • We always ask ourselves, how will our work lead to an improvement in the quality of care and experience the user and provider experiences?

  • We will offer the best possible value for the public purse.

Our Social Value Commitments

Environment and sustainability

  • Health Integration Partners are a digitally networked service focussed organisation. However, we believe every action counts.

  • When we travel, wherever possible we will choose modes of transport with the least environmental impact and remain aware of the environmental impact of our actions when on-site. We operate the cycle to work scheme and will actively seek opportunities to continuously reduce our environmental impact.

  • In our work, we will consider the environmental impact of our choices and recommendations to clients and commissioners.

  • Wherever we have a choice, we will always favour local ethical sourcing and procurement.

Community focus

  • Our values and mission are embedded in a community focus. We believe local delivery by local people and organisations provides better outcomes for service users and the system.

  • In our work, we will always consider and promote developing local skills, capacity and capability.

  • We will welcome and value any opportunity to transfer our skills and experience to partner organisations within the communities we work.

People

  • We are a clinically led organisation and live out this value by demonstrating empathy and kindness to everyone we work with. We consider all humans equal. We include everyone.

  • ·We will always pay at least the London or local living wage, if not higher, to anyone we employ or contract with.

  • We will promote the holistic well-being of all our team and clients, commissioners and communities we work in.
